The BG400-1 for dispensing epoxies, polyurethanes, potting compounds, silicones, doming resins and many other materials that are supplied in two component 400ml type dual side-by-side 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio cartridges. With the use of a static mixing nozzle to blend, mix and dispense materials without mess, waste or material loss.

The lightweight and durable construction of the BG400 dual dispenser guns make them well suited for many assembly operations in various industries such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. The BG400 is a lightweight hand trigger operated cartridge dispenser supplied with extra discs to convert to the other cartridge ratios.

A mechanical force of 26:1 makes this gun suitable for dispensing medium to high viscosity materials with less hand fatigue. A wear compensating device in this dispenser extends the life of the product.

Use with all Mixpac and TAH type 400ml size dual side-by-side cartridges.
